    Did you san on both 6875 & 6887 ?

And did you change the provider code appropriately?

As far as I know it is but you have nothing to lose by trying, right?

    What's your location?

Which channels are missing, are you n*l dublin?

If they are E4 etc you need to do a manual scan on symbol rate 6887 on frequency 339.5 and the missing channels should appear at the bottom of your channel list.

Did you have channels previous to this or did you just get the replay lite?

If you just got it you will need to flash it with the latest firmware, see page 132 of this thread for Brian's instructions.

As Evastar said, make sure you have the latest Firmware on board.

    It should be 910

Make sure too the your provider code is set correctly (00X55)

How to check your firmware version:

    Press

    MENU
    UTILITY
    RECIEVER INFORMATION

The software version will then be displayed on screen.

To get your provider ID on Replay do the following
    1. Menu
    2. Installation
    3. Parental Lock
    4. Red Audio Button for Goto Key Manager
    5. Chose 'Current Key, and you will see your prov ID
