replaylite channel loss

i have a replaylite box that up until today was working perfectly now is losing channels by the hour has anyone got any sugestions on how to regain them cheers

I have also lost all my channels using a Replay Lite box. Performed a rescan and now my box cannot find any channels at all!!!! I know you can update the software with these boxes but do not know how to find the software on the internet..

if the box is new it should have come with the software if not pm me ur email address ill send u firmware
