    Hi I am having trouble, i have the code i need but i dont understand when to put it in. Everyone tells me I should put it in with out the sim card in, but when there is no sim card in the phone there is only 1 msg that i cannot get out of, it says "INSERT SIM CARD" however when a simcard is in there it syas enter unlock code, what is the option i want. THanks

    don't worry even if it says "insert sim card"
    this is the steps

    take out the sim card
    put "p" "w" "+" using *+ on ur phone

    so when i take out the sim and all it sayss is insert sim i should still enter the code even though it won't dispaly anywhere ?

    Hopefully it can be unlocked, I didn't find T-Mobile USA in any of the applications.
