I'm using TMPGEnc to take a little video off the end of an SVCD (mpeg 2). I go into the mpeg tools section (merge and cut) and edit it correctly (after getting around that annoying freeze bug where you have to press play and pause first) and then chop a little off the end. The video resized and is 30 megs smaller now, but the time is still the same! So the video runs, but just with the last frame (where it was supposed to cut off at) frozen for the remainder of the time (a minute or so). Any ideas on how to get it to resize correctly taking the time down at the same time? I don't know if there's an index on mpegs that isn't getting rebuilt or what.
