restriction code for nokia 6030

how can i get the restriction code for my nokia 6030?
sometimes when i turn it on i cant do anything because it askes for a restriction code.

i know how to unlock my cell,
it is this stupid restrictions code that keeps popin up that i dont know the code for.

thanks but i was not looking for the unlocking code. i am looking for the other code that is like 4 or 5 digits.
