i have a spare sata external hdd

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Western-Dig...1_1/203-6016424-6949562?ie=UTF8&s=electronics

a friend told me there was a tutorial somewhere on the net, that i could run homebrew on xbox 1 from this sata external.

    is he right ? i don't know ????

i suppose you would have to fit a usb 2.0 mod and maybe go from there?

i do like the idea of being able to use this retail external as my xbox hdd

do any members have any ideas ?

    just for the record

    executer 2.6
    various dashboards and software installed
    80 gb internal hdd

If you have a modchip, why not just get a bigger internal HDD?
It will work better and run faster than USB.
Use the External for your PC, they can come in quite handy at times.
