Retrieve data from bad discs

I have a few DataSafe (Ritek G04s) which I've discovered have read errors in the last third of the disc. I'm trying to recover the "data" from these so that I can burn it onto the Verbatim's I have (which work flawlessly).

Everytime I try to create an ISO from the discs using DVD Decrypter, I get errors such as this one;



Is there any hope of me recovering the data from these discs?

 

Have you tried other rippers... DVD Shrink or Smartripper? 321Studios has a program - DVD X Rescue - that can extract some, maybe all, data.
