Revived Ipod Shuffle

    Hi I have have an Ipod Shuffle. It said its revived becuz a lil boy took it when he came to my house and then 6months after, I got it back and it was dead. I try charging it but it wont charger but then i try other methods and one of it worked.( freezer overnight haha. wierd but yes my ipod shuffle works now). The problem now is that the computer will not read it. I've searched bout this problem but they did not worked out.
    Does anyone know what could be wrong?

    Does the computer recognize it, or is it only iTunes?

    there is a ipod reset utility on apples web site try that.

    neither the computer nor itunes recognized it.

    yes i did try the ipod reset and updates utilities but still no luck =[.

    bad ipod or bad "dock" cable if its a 2nd gen shuffle. See if its still under warranty.

    condensation probably built up inside of it
