Right clicking on desktop freezes computer ????

    I am using windows XP home ed with the new recent sp2 update. I dont know if this is the cause but when i right click on my desktop it just freezes for about a minute and then the screen goes blank then comes back up like the computer has been restarted. what could be the cause and how can i fix this?? I also was having trouble cliking on links in outlook express recently and they were haveing me type in regsvr32 /i urlmon.dll then run i dont know if that had anything to mess it up?? any help would be greatly apreciated!!

    did you have all of the updates before installing SP2? because with some systems if you have all the latest updates then installed SP2 it messes up

    my advice? back up everything u need - then format and install windows then SP1 then SP2
