Ringtone transferring problem

    Hello...I have a Moto RAZR v3 and i am trying to upload .mp3 files into my phone using Motorola phone tools but i keep getting the error:

    request denied by phone (requested entity too large (0x4D)

    So i did a quick search and installed p2kman.

    It says that my phone isnt connected, but it is connected. Please help.

    Mine will do the same w/my V235. While Motorola Phone Tools is still open, just take the USB cable out of your phone, and plug it back in. It should successfully establish connection... At least, this method has worked for me. Hope it works for you.
