rip it 4 me error any suggestions?

i use rip it for me in conjuction with dvd decrypeter and dvd shrink with nero 7.7.5.1 enhanced edition to burn my dvds. only recently rip it for me comes up with this error " the rip seems to be aborted, rip it4 me connot continue" this is even before its gotten to dvd decryter. its a new notebook running vista and everythings is being run on administration mode.

any suggestions would be much appreciated

 

what dvd is it? What version of RI4M?

 

it does it on all dvds, theres no details for what version it is just says ripit4me.exe

i use it on my other computers running xp and its fine

in the beging it worked on my new vista comp, ive tried reinstalling it biut just wont work

tryed it with version 1.7.1.0 on vista, still no go, just comes up saying rip has been cancled and log have been filed
