   I have gotten RushHour 3 and Hairspray and neither will rip using Ripit4me. I also tried DVD shrink.
   
   Has anyone heard of this?

   Yes, you'll need to use an updated decrypter such as DVDFab or AnyDVD. Ripit4me's and Shrink's decrypters are no longer updated and have difficulty handling newer DVDs. DVDFab/DVDShrink or AnyDVD/DVDShrink should work for you.
