I am looking to purchase a set of mounting hardware for the louvers of my Saab 900 SPG. If anyone knows were I could pick a set up I would be in your debt. I live in Illinois, USA. So unless through a auction site most sales would have to be in done in the states.

most modern versions are held on with automotive-grade double-sided tape these days; you can find that stuff in any car parts store.

Thanks for the input Auslander, but I believe that I should have been more informative in my first post.

I do understand/ and know that they are held in place with Double sided tape. What I am looking for is the actual mounting hardware, which looks like this....

if it was a more common car, i'd say a junkyard. maybe ebay? you could try saab enthusiast forums and check out the local vendors on them.

Good news, I got in contact with a old parts seller from eBay that I have bought from many times. He owns a import car repair shop and sells parts also. Anyway hesaid that, he had actually just gotten in 2 saab's that had the exact part I was looking for! Needless to say I am pysched as this will keep my newly redone headliner lasting much longer (not fading), the leather wont sit under direct sun, and the cabin will remain much cooler! WooHoo! Problem solved in 1.81 hours military time.

Nice car, a lot faster than mine, a lot rarer to most likely. Is that your car? Or is the pic in the sig just some random pic?
