Hi lads. Hope you can help. Im new to all this.

Got a Sagem Dbox2 running on NTL cable - Sportster 1.75

Scan worked well, got all the channels etc

Only problem is, I get a lot of freezing / jittering / crashing of the channels. Usually if I channel hop. Is there anything I can do to sort this out ? Is it a software problem / connection problem ?

Is it related to the recent bad weather ? Ive only had it a few days and Im not too clued up on it all.

    Any suggestions ?

    Cheers.

    Hi Mate
I went on that but it wont let me change the ucode from the remote and I dont quite understand the instructions on how to.While I was looking I noticed that the box didn't have dns server or default gateway settings in network settings.Maybe this is my problem,if it is where would I find those two settings. What do you think?

    Charlie.

Hi, I pressed EXTRAS menu and there is a setting no 3 Set UCODE.

Then at the bottom SET UCODE press OK button repeatedly until 01A comes up. Press "SAVE SETTINGS" and the box will reboot with the new UCODE.

This is with Commando 6 image.
