The Samsung DVD Drive won't play backed up games on TDK DVD+R, which media works for that drive?

Are u talking about ur DVD drive in ur XBOX or ur PC? A PC DVD drive will not play XBOX games. The Samsung xbox DVD drive plays just about everything.

Ah I misread the post yesterday. My Samsung plays Memorex DVD-R fine. Stay away from +R

Wow. Did you flash a new bios on the chips after you installed them?

Yes I flashed the bios, and the funny thing is the samsungs version b will work with other chips, with the aladdin it will not read the disk, It is making me mad, I have to replace it with one of the other DVD drives, version a samsung works fine!

That is odd. I havent read anything else that references that. Is that a common problem? Im not familiar with those chips. I have a x3ce. Its awesome, I recommend it to everyone.

Well That is what I have but, when you have someone that just wants a modchip, and they are cheap azz, then the aladdin chip is great!
