   I've bought a 200gb SATA II hard drive... My current motherboard supports regular SATA, it mentions nothing of the SATA II. Do u think it would still work together? Putting a SATA II drive into a SATA motherboard... would it still work as normal, just not take advantage of the what extra stuff the SATA II offers?

   SATA II is backwards with SATA I
