I have a subscription to Sirius, so I can listen on my computer, I just want to record it to a file , so I can download to my mp3, If this is illegal, then I don't need it.

I'm not sure about the legal question. There are two ways to save the program.(1) to download the streaming file with some type of downloader. This is the best way for good quality. (2) to record the audio from your sound card. The biggest problem with downloading is determining the stream URL. Here are two programs. Both are free. The first is a downloader and the second is a recorder and mp3 editor...

There are many programs that do the same thing.
