save data could not be accessed

    Hi guys,

    I have a r4 and having trouble with some of the games. At start-up, the ds displays a message saying the save data could not be accessed, please turn the power off and reinsert the ds card. It happens with ROM# 3050, 2973 & 2794. I've tried reformatting the sd card and reinstall the kernal 1.18. Please advise. Thanks.

    There will be no more updates for the R4 card (original) there are a lot of clones using the R4 name, all with different software but unfortunately none will work on the original.

    You need to try applying the arm 7 patch (see gbatemp.net for detais) and there is another operating software that you can try.
