invested in ANYDVD and CLONEDVD.... they are cheaper when you buy them together, and they come with lifetime updates...

so far, after burning DVD's since the year 2003, and ive come across many programs, this has been the best way.

I started out using DVDXCOPY, then i graduated to using dvd decrypter, then after that, I started using RIPIT4ME.

RIPIT4ME WAS good because it continued the dvd decrypter / dvd shrink dream, but lately this hasnt been 100% for all movies.

Now i use anydvd and clonedvd, and i feel unstopable.

SAVE YOURSELF SOMETIME... try that combo if the vobblanker process
and such are too sophisticated for you to get into.

    My setup...
    2 LG hd/bluray burners
    8GB ocz ram

    My burn process....
I use clonedvd to rip/encode it directly to the hard disk, then burn.
    easy as wipin your azz.

pease love and hair greeze yall

    DJ

yea but thats in the advanced users section. what if newbies decide to not explore those forums because they are not "advanced users"?

...and the regulars here have linked to that thread many times to help a few nOObs out. That was, in fact, why that thread was written and stickied.

okay thats enough... a guy comes on this site trying to do a noble thing, and you gotta turn around and throw it back in his face. reguardless of whether it was necessary or not, my intentions were still good. thanks for letting me know how useless i truely am.

@MistaChy.......... I think it was noble of you to TRY to help newbies out...... but you did it backwards........ wait for the newbie to ask questions first..... to volunteer information by starting a thread doesn't make it, unless you do a thorough thread like the one pointed out that gives plenty of information that might answer the many questions that members and guests are looking for. Just to give opinions on a couple of programs really doesn't do much help ...... even if it works for you..... which many members are happy to find this forum helpful enough to see that a member is happy with programs that you probably found out about from here! Don't get discouraged but try to answer questions that are asked..... UNLESS you want to make a thread that has much information, again, LIKE THE ONE ABOVE! I hope this doesn't discourage you from joining and giving back what you learned here by answering questions.......

No not at all, i/we're not putting you down, the more that help, the merrier, just saying that there's lots of regulars around here to help the noobs, you're not excluded from being a regular, just haven't seen your name (yet), no reason why you shouldn't/won't be a regular. Hi and welcome in fact :)

Not intended to convey that at all MistaChy. Believe me, we enjoy the help. I don't think anyone intended anything negative. We're all here to help. So, welcome aboard! :)

i concur, i just read back to see if anything was said that could be miscontrued and to a new face maybe it was, and i for one opologise if taken anything the wrong way.

most regulars know each other and we may talk across the thread/user sometimes but with no bad intentions mainly at each other, no one on this thread meant to disrespect you in any way.

and i for one welcome new people as your name may say newbie but for all we know you may be the next top helper here and we all could learn off you. infact i was you 5/6 years ago, check this out, i had totally no idea how to trun a pc on! yup the thing scared the pants off me, i thought it would blow up - hehehe...

now i build/repair mod with water cooling/overclock i got flashing tri colour light tubes/lit up fans/rheostat control fans, all sorts and help here with video stuff

    living it loving it...

dont even ask creaky what he has, his rigSSSS are very nice!!! i seen the pics...

infact you may be a guide writer! people off here write guides and if good get them stickied for 1000's of people to learn off!
