    I don't know if this is the right part of afterdawn to discuss about this but if i didn't, then please excuse me as i i didn't know where else to post this thread.i just want to let yall know that the guide on downloading youtube videos (http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/how_to_save_web_video_to_hard_disk_page_2.cfm) to hdd is outdated,as i have tried it and it dose not work anymore..so please to whoever created this guide,update it,we gladly appreciated your help on this guide =]

    If you want youtube videos, it CANNOT get any easier. Use FireFox as your browser and get the DownloadHelper plug-in(it supports dozens of sites, not just youtube).

    If you are using firefox
    Use the extension "easy youtube video downloader" , that works for most videos flv and mp4.

    If "easy youtube video downloader" works just with youtube videos, then I wouldn't bother with it. DownloadHelper works on a variety of sites- metacafe, facebook, music sites...
