All my CD music collection has been converted to MP3 format and resides on the hard disc.

Question 1: How can I save it to DVD-R?

Question 2: If I could, would I be able to play the DVD on a player and in case I lost the data on the hard disc, would I be able to retrieve it from the DVD-R? In other words, could I used the saved data on DVD-R as a back up?

    svirendra,

    1) Just copy them onto a CD/DVD as normal data.

    2) Depends on your DVD player. Some can play MP3s.
Yes the data is just backed-up as MP3s on the disc, so you can retrieve them like reading off any other CD/DVD.

    Adder.
