Schedule "Disable device"

    I have an ADSL router. I keep files downloading throughout the night because my ISP gives me free time (i.e. unlimited download bandwidth) only between 12.00AM to 8.00AM.
    I have figured out that disabling the router in the device manager turns internet off. Is there a way to schedule the computer to automatically enable a device at 12.05AM and then disable it at 7.55AM?
