scrambled or bad channel

    when ever i try to get any other channels apart from basic ones i get

    INFO

    scrambled or bad channel


    in a blue box what am i doing rong please ??

    i own a starview 2 box

    you have to turn on the emu

    do the following m8

    When software installed and box connected with channels installed you will have to turn on the auto update emul8er

    to descramble channels

    to do this all you have to do is

    goto menu and press 1570

    keys and emu buttons should now be visable

    switch key emu to on position
    go to scrambled channel and wait for update

    thx will give this a try in a min

    i also have a little box thing that goes on the end of the cabe b4 it goes in to the box is this needed or not??

    think it says somthing like 6db on it

    any idear what it does please

    alan if you can't enter the cas menu (secret menu) you need to flash your box

    how do you do that mate?

    you need three things
    1.null modem cable (9pin female to female cable)
    2.gtrom loader
    3.a firmware for your box
