    just a simple message trying to find out how some of you other users get screenshots onto your posts and how or what software is best for using this function. I have a couple of friends from time to time, that need to see whats on my screen in my emails. thanx

    You can download a free program called 'Capture'.
    This will take a pic of the entire page or part of a page.

    to capture the entire screen, hit the print scrn button. then paste it in something like photoshop. to copy the current window that is selected, hold alt and hit print scrn.

    You can also use Windows Paint

    whole screen > Print Screen

    Open Window > Alt & Print Screen

    In Paint > Edit > Paste
    Save your image in my pictures.You may have to adjust your screen resolution for best results.

    Another free program is MWsnap Ver.3.0 it has a lot more options.

    got myself one yesterday called I capture. pretty good peice of equipment i would show the results of the program but I don't want to flaunt the abundance of media I have in my posession. thanks to all. one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just use the Ctrl + Print Screen also Alt + Print Screen then open your chosen document and click Paste - does the job perfectly! Why use software?
