security alert problem?

    this security alert thing keeps poppin up and i deleted the problem already and it wont stop poppin up. what do i need to get it to stop?

    what is the problem? is it a program? if so you'll need to uninstall it from the control panel.

    i cant find Security Centre anywhere in control panel, where is it?
