Serious Ipod matter please help

my friend is very sick in hospital and i want to give him my old ipod.. now to cut a long story short.. i downloaded ipod wizard because i want him to have a cool amazing looking ipod wen he gets it, i can barely use ipod wizard and i downloaded a vista theme on it, and then another one and now its a mix between the two, i saw this cool theme that has a tree and sun coming through that and i want to get him that so he has something to look at each day ( the bright side of life) can u help me do this
i dont know if i have to delete my ipod themes or what.. please help me and explain how to put this certain theme on it, and what to do with the other ones!
