Serious problems with my PC

    Hi guys i have a serious problem with my pc
    It all started when AVG Virus scanner said that i had a virus and it was win.dll so i asked me if i moved it to the vault OR ignore so i choose vault now my computer was soooo slow actually was almost doing nothing so i managed to download another win.dll but it in my SYSTEM folder now..its doing nothing when i click on something ex: My computer my screen flashes black and...nothing happends

    Can someone help me?

    You should just re-install Windows to be sure.

    Yup, reinstall windows would be your best bet. Since your computer is so slow, it will allow you to start clean. Just backup your documents or whatever you want to save.

    Back up all important documents and scan them all to ensure none are infected.Best to use a hd diagnostic disc complete a full wipe down of the hard drive this will take several hours but will completly remove everything off your hd then re install windows.

    Sounds like you picked up a trojan. do a web search on win.dll. you may be able to fix your problem without a reinstall of windoze. if that fails then I would suggest as the others have. it all depends on if you want to do a reinstall. good luck
