I am having a problem that has happened to every computer in my shop that I have installed Service Pack 2 on. The "My Documents" folder opens every time on startup! Can anyone please help me?

    Hi,
I have seen this problem before and it came from a double registry entry.

Using Regedit, check the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS NT\CURRENT VERSION\WINLOGON
    if it says C:\windows\system32\userinit.exe,c:\windows\system32\userinit.exe

Change it so it just says C:\windows\system32\userinit.exe

Worked for me on a machine I repaired, not sure how it happens.

let me know if it helps.

    Cheers
