for some reason it wont instal, after it inspects my current configuration and installs the service pack 1, it brings up a plain error screen saying access denied, then followed by another which says that it has been installed incomplete or partialy and windows needs the boot disk to run in emergency mode or somthing, im really confused please help!!
You need to be much more specific with your system specs. You haven't even told us what operating system you're trying to patch.
