Your best bet would be to try this Menu > Factory Setting PIN 0000 OK to delete Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on English > Installation Choose Provider etc Automatic Scan Press OK Channels found Exit Menu 1570 Turn EMU key ON Exit , exit , exit
nice one, thats it back now, still don't understand why it never worked with a quick manual re scan, anyway thanks again.
Glad you got it back lol Now go to the channels and see what freq they are on that you couldnt get earlier
yeah it's on 419.000 the freq i was scanning? a wee question, obviously now i've done a factory re-set i've lost my channel dump that was on it, will setanta changing freq affect the channel dump when i install it?
Hi guys, ive tried alsorts but no joy :-(. Still no setanta? Does anyone know what area of factory default I should use? Then the step after that? thanks
If you install the channel dump that you had before tSet change freq you will not get it , then you could try the manual scan again for 419000
Yeah thats what happened, although this time when i tried the manual scan it worked straight away. it was just being stubborn before. must be a female box (only joking ladies) thanks for everyones help.
Not sure of your area frequency. If you can still see it in your channel list delete it and then do an autoscan it should then appear at the bottom of your channel list.
I seem to have lost all my channels on frequency 675,I have done a manual and general scan but no joy can somebody poit me in right direction, Glasgow on Eur-vox V 2008
I had a terrible time last night losing channels. My ultimate solution is to go into installation, and delete every frequency, then do a power scan. This got me everything back except Setanta Sports 1 was just a test card, so I deleted this channel then did a manual scan of frequency 419. Jobs a goodun.
