    i live in middlesbrough on Vergin and cant get setanta sports 1
    can someone tell how to manual scan for it (a complete walkthrough would be helpful as im not that much techy)

    also my sky comedy (movies) channel voice is out of sync the voice is ahead of the picture any ideas on this?

    What b0x have you got because manual scan instructions vary with different b0xes
