When I go to burn an .img image file to dvd using alcohol it prompts me for track size, block format, image header size and image trailer size. The reason why it does this is because .img is not recognized as an image file by default in alcohol. So far i have been leaving the default values and haven't noticed any problems but I'm just wondering if something will be optimized by changing any of these settings.

Just leave the settings as they are. Alcohol 120% is setting the settings as it thinks they should be.. you said you havent had any problems thus far with those settings so leave em as they are.. If aint broke, dont fix it ;P
