    Hello,

I understand this TV has a customized internet access through Aquos Net.

I wonder if Sharp has plans to open Aquos Net for normal internet access.

Is there any way to make it happen? firmware update or something

    Thanks in advance

As far as I know, Sharp Aquos Net is a server in New Jersey the TV connects to so it is really not open to the internet. The service is quite limited at t his time but they do plan to bring in Netflix some time spring 2010. I hope they will have you-tube in their future. I have their 46" LED TV and the picture is amazing.

That's a great information, thanks for sharing it. I hope to see Netflix and You-tube widgets this spring.

Yes, this TV is amazing and wish it was open to internet or at least someday in future. I guess if all owners of this TV ask for full internet access, SHARP might consider it? I know I have asked for it..

    Thanks
