The xecuter 3 is comeing out soon.I have an xecuter 2.3B lite.I have had it for about a month.What would the advantage of haveing and xecuter 3?It has it own operateing system.What more will this enable me to do?
If your into backing up your games to disc, then its FTP booster will be very handy indeed(its 3 times faster than normal) but thats about it. Everything else you can do with the 2.3b lite except its just a bit easier with the X3.

Whats the point in having about 5 different ways of flashing your chip when the end result is the same? you CAN edit the flubber on a 2.3b lite. And why in gods name would you need 15 BIOSES I have 4981.67 on bank 1 and XDK on bank 2(for programing) and that suites me fine.The LCD screen looks nice but does not really do anything. As I said the only point in upgrading is for the FTP boost.
Are you being serious....you think the only advantage of having an X3 is for the FTP speeds, you obviously dont know a lot about the xecuter chips if thats your opinion. Ive been using my X3 all day and its great, so many more features than any other Xecuter. The new X3CP will definatly be worth buying as a lot of the software available for xbox now supports the LCD screens so it will come in quite handy, same as the IR which will let you use a remote for software other than just the DVD player. And you said with an X2.3 you can edit the flubber......ive got several xboxes with 2.3s and 2.6s in and ive never come across a way to do this, and ive never heard its possible either, i think you'll find its the X3 bios that makes that possible and the X3 bios can only be run on an X3
use xbtool to modify the flubber, it takes about a minute instead of a few seconds wooooooo REALLY worth the upgrade the FTP is cool if you backup games to disc everything else is added crap, which no one really wants until team xecuter puts it in fancy words. o by the way im a oxbk programer and have been modifying xboxs since the beta enigmah chip, so I think I know chips(i think I have installed every kind including an x3) if people want to waste money on a "upgrade" then im not gonna stop them mod chip=BIOS storage device........thats it!
you need to reflash, i will tell you how to do it with evox dashboard installed. first of all modify the BIOS flubber with xbtool, and save it as a 512kb BIOS. then FTP it to a folder called bios in your c folder, then start your xbox with the flash protect disabled(middle swich) go to settins then to flash BIOS and select that file. INSTANT FLUBBER WITHOUT X3
