Shrink MPG to 1 VCD Disc

    Dies anyone know how to shrink an oversized MPG file to a single VCD disc, I know that quality will be lost, just curious.

    reencode using tmpgenc, or othere mpeg1 encoder. and using lower bitrate than the original.

    That would work, but just informing you that besides quality being lost the movie would be sped up greatly. I tried to put a movie on 1 VCD, and I thought the quality wasn't bad and then I noticed everything was sped up and it wasn't worth it.
