solargame: No harm done. As said, I always appreciate feedback and I do agree that we have so far failed -- due abovementioned reasons, IMO -- to make the Blasteroids what it already should be. But as others pointed out, this hasn't damaged aD itself at all. Rather, I hope that we can eventually make "Part of AfterDawn.com network" or something as a label for a quality site, no matter what its content, while obviously still holding aD itself as the prime site of ours. Summarum: Yes, the plan is to take over the world ;-)
ddp: Dunno yet. And no, aD's mods will stay aD's mods, we got enough stuff to handle here as well, I don't want anyone to get distracted by having two or morw forums to handle. And we don't have top mods in terms of ranking order, we just have inactive mods, active mods, hyperactive mods and Neph =)

hey dRD, srry about this, it was never my intention to hurt anyone or be rude. i guess what ddp said sums it all up, i didnt think before i said it. i was just trying to make this great site better. i didnt know that the admins +the whole aD team did not work on Blasteroids. but truly, i would really like to know what andmerr meant about the comment he made earlier, i know i joke around sometimes but not to hurt anyone.
hi i like the idea to take gaming threads to a specialized place as my and only my opinion is that AD at present is much of a muchness, and quite widespread across many topics, its pretty vast and highly packed to the max, so a little thinning out (like my bold head) would go along way for users / mods / admin. also you could change blateriods to www.alcatraz.com and lob in all the inactive users and turn them all on at once! um seconds thoughts maybe not... ;-]) chill guys and dolls - love this site!!!

wow, weazel200, do you know who you are talking to here? drD is "THE BOSS"...top dog, big kahuna...etc.etc...that was quite an accusation to even imply so directly to the mastermind of AD i really don't think "the boss" would actually find anything even remotely amusing by posing as "brightman"...let alone it would be a complete waste of time~ anyways, as interested as i might be to find out the true identity of "brightman," i would just like to point out as a word of caution, NOT to accuse the man behind AD of such a thing. just my 2 cents~ AD is a terrific site and i try my best to offer as much knowledge and good suggestions as i can, while i may wander off topic now and then, i feel very comfortable reading and learning here daily~ keep up the great job dRd and all the mods and admins here~
