Hi People, I am very new to downloading divx movies and I am frustrated to wait years to finally download a divx movie and find that its not what it should be. I am using imesh to download and gdivx to watch them but they will not let me see a preview which ideally would be of great help and save me hours on end. Any ideas on how to see a preview of a divx movie while downloading. Thanks in advance for your answers !!! cheers
Thanks for the reply.. I don't want to sound stupid.. but does this mean that i have to start downloading divx movies with Kazaa instead of imesh and use the kazaa preview option? if so.. will i need to have my gdivx player open when i do this ?
I found this nice little Player Called VLC that will allow you to watch or preview, thus saving you the time of making a mistake. I have used this player many times and have found it to be very helpful. Here is a link to the home page. http://www.videolan.net/vlc/index.html

I have used VLC to preview .DAT file from kazza. It also plays DVD,SVCD,VCD, MPEG and alot more. I have found it to be very useful. Thats just my opinion
