Sims 2 problem

    k ill unisntall and reinstall. how u know which version u have ?

    just to answer your question prncess21, the cue file is so small because it only tells the program where to go to find the accual date. if u mount the cue it will work.

    okay i reinstalled sims 2 and then mounted Sims2_1_RIP.MDF image dl it from amecopyworld or something....

    IT DOESN"T WORK. i get a small box that says sims 2 on the top and a big red x in it...no text.

    i dunnooooooooooooooooooooooooooo what to do.

    There is a Newer version of the No-CD than that one...

    The Files name is "SIMS2_1.MIR" and it is over 16mb and it is the Latest No CD Patch...

    okay. dled that...same problem...box with red x and no words. when the image is mounted and the folders and icons come up...am i supposed to do something or just leave that window open and start sims 2.exe from the start menu?....i did that and it didnt work.

    Check in My Computer and see if there is a new drive with the discription relating to sims 2 if so open it and click on the autorun. If sims 2 is installed it will autorun rhe image and play the game. If this doesnt work let me know. dextripp@comcast.net
