Hey, sorry if this is in the wrong area, but I really need help. I've recently installed Sky By Broadband, except it won't let me login. I type in my details, and then it'll say there is a problem with one of my DRM components, and that I should following http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;810422 , giving me error code 5. I following the given URL, but I can't locate a DRM folder, even by using regedit. I find where it SHOULD be located, but it isn't there. It also says to upgrade my DRM, but the upgrade box is shaded out. I've googled everywhere and nothing helps. Sky are as good as useless trying to help me.
