Slow Internet, Really SLOWWWWW...

    i am using dial up and lately it has been going realy, realy slow...
    i checked for spyware, nothing...
    i checked for viruses, nothing...
    it has happened before and i did a system restore to fix it....
    can anyone please tell me how to fix it because i am really annoyed with it and want to get to the bottom of it...

    www.ccleaner.com try that for your slow dial-up.

    see what is in your msconfig/startup & also what is running in the background. what did you use to check for spyware & viruses??
