My laptop is taking too long to process. I have deleted videos and other documents but it still take some time to process whenever I open an application or a folder and sometimes it lags What should I do?

I don't know what it is you were trying to process but it sounds as though your hard disk is fragmented. I don't know which version of Windows you're using but go to your C: Drive, right click it, choose properties from the menu, the tools for the top menu, and then choose optimize, and then optimize again. From there you will have to wait it out, because the time it will take will depend on how fragmented your drive is. Then come back and report!

Rizza Faye Barcena, how old is the laptop as maybe a dust & heat issue?
