Start to finish process for me is approx 45 minutes. This would be considered normal.

Have you defragged your Harddrive recently. You should. I do it weekly to keep things running smooth.

The fastest that I have ever got one done is 42 minutes start to finish with CloneDVD2.

Shrink and decrypter is 45 to 47 minutes normally.
