Sly Sports 1 Problem Resolved & Closed

Thank you very much fergusrb and scouser for your help, but it's still not working, as a matter of fact it did download to 100%, but then I got a pop up tray saying error bad flash and I have tried for an hour since without any joy, any other ideas.

Did you put your key emu on? Press menu, type 1570 on remote and enable it.

 

Persistence it will work, one thing though what version of firmware are you flashing to it?

 

The star view bow wont work for me to use my remote control, there is no life in it at all.

 

Are you saying there is no power going to it? As in nothing on the front display as you said it was downloading?

 

The firmware i'm using is starview_H20070607_400eE_api, is that OK

 

The whole idea of the patch was to use firmware below 3.00 preferably 2.57eE fixed. But as I said is your box dead as in no lights on display?

 

not for a clone it is not V2.57e_E_FIXED you need on that box

 

There is one green light on display

 

yep that is because it is bad flash you will have to follow the flashing instructions i already put up for ya

It will work all about timing but make sure you wait till you get tha second pop up and the box reboots before you touch anything

I am sorry to trouble guys again but this starview of mine is now flashing 100% but then I get a pop up saying bad flash re-try, I have been trying for hours now, this is defo not a cloned box.

I have done everything you have asked me to do as regards re-flashing my starview and it still wont work after hours of me trying, has anyone any other ideas.

all you can do is either try a different cable or a different pc as we are in Ireland we cannot help you with this one unless someone in the uk can help you out
