When burned a VCD disc and tried t play it on my DVD player (Philips DVP 520/02) It left about 5 cm of the picture outside the TV screen. The problem is probobly not on the TV because i've tried on three diffrent tv's and the problem is on every one of them.

I used TMPGenc to encode the AVI's to MPEG's. First i tought that i did something wrong so i tried to change the settings on wich i encoded. Didn't help. So anybody knows what's going on and could help me put a little?

Oh and sorry if there's any typos on the text i'm from finland so my english is not that good

Sounds like overscan which is the area around the edges that gets cut off on TV's.

you need to add borders around it.

in tmpgenc use the video arrange method
