smart ripper

    Place the DVD into your DVD-ROM drive and run Smartripper. If it gives you a Locked drive error you need to run your DVD playing software first for a moment, and then close it and run Smartripper again.

    Tried this but still get vts_010.bup -> locked!

    anyone help please

    Open SmartRipper while the movie is playing.

    still cannot unlock dvd's ? played whole film and still get a locked file,anyone help please

    Try DVDdecrypter. It's easy to use.

    .bup files are backups of .ifo files. I wouldn't worry that it's locked. As long as the .ifo and .vob files unlock you should be fine.
