Just to name a few. I ordered it from Divineo since it's in Canada. You'll probably be able to get ground shipping, but ever since I ordered an Aqua Teen Hunger Force hat with ground shipping and received it in a damaged box, I haven't used ground shipping since. Divineo is damn good though, so just order from them.
