Soft-Mod problem

    I soft-modded an xbox.
    now once it is booted back up, it goes to the Xbox screen, with Micosoft on the bottom, and that is it.
    the dvd rom drive opens and closes.. no red lights...
    just sits on that screen..
    can i fix?
    need a new HD?
    any help PLEASE

    Well at least we know it unlocking the HDD!

    Can you run the softmod game still?
