    Hey guys,
I have an old Xbox and I want to try and I have a softmod on it. I want to upgrade the hard drive so I don't have to keep FTP-ing all my stuff onto the computer.

This is the hard drive I have. Will it work? It's 250 GB Seagate Barracuda. (IDE)

I know there are some compatibility issues with the PS2, and I'm not sure if it's the same with my Xbox or not.

I also know that if you want to upgrade your hard drive, you need to put your new EEPROM in. I was going to use the hot swap method and NDURE 3.0, and I was just wondering if I just put the EEPROM in the EEPROM folder.

    I'm using this method

If, that doesn't work, could I just use this method

Then use mine afterwards, because I know that the second method puts the EEPROM into the hard drive.

You do not need to hotswap if you have your eeprom!

Softmod using my guides, then use my guide for Upgrading the HDD!
