Are there any software programs or techniques where you can create your own custom ring tones and the length of the ringtones with having to go to third party service providers on cell phones. I assume that since most phones now can be connected to pc's and have internal memory cards, that there is a way that you can create your own ringtones and length of those ring tones using available software. Am I correct?

why dont you send a music ringing tone from your favorite artist! you just need to have an MP3 format song and then you got to: http://mobile17.smashsworld.com and then you chose when you want the song to start and then you send it!!1 its for free!!! you just need internet on your cell and then your all set!!! THIS IS NOT A SCAM!!!! THEY DID NOT SCAM ME!!! i sent a Russian song to my LG F9200 and it sounds great!!! no paying needed!!! only the KB that you wasted by going to your internet browser

    I tried this website.

First, I requested the moderator to add my phone as the website states and as your email says. That was 1.5 weeks ago.
Secondly, I changed the phone, but still had to connect to the webiste from my phone for the ringtone. Am I missing something? What makes this different from the upload2phone program.
