maybe your computer didn't meet the spec requirements of the program?

Hi I finally figured out my zone alarm was preventing the install, once I turned it off the install went perfectlly.I still can't figure why Zone Alarm would to that without a promt box.

if its zone alarm pro then it shouldve showed you a prompt, if its zone alarm free then sometimes you wont recive some program alerts.

if you switch to pro from free youll see many changes, the free version it still top though and its better than any other free firewall.

anyway good to see your sorted.
